Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Facility Officer to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will ensure that all workplace operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment that supports daily business functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to maintain a safe and efficient workplace
• Plan and manage routine maintenance, repairs, and office improvements
• Work closely with contractors and vendors for all facility-related services
• Conduct regular inspections to detect and resolve facility issues
• Enforce health and safety standards in accordance with company policies
• Organize and manage office layout, space planning, and resource allocation
• Track and manage facility-related budgets and expenses
• Act quickly in response to emergencies and unexpected incidents
• Lead and support the facility management team to meet performance goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a similar facility management role
• Solid understanding of building systems, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with facility management tools and software
