About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a style-savvy, organized, and energetic individual to join our team as a Fashion Assistant or Fashion Manager. This role supports daily store operations, fashion content creation, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising.

If you’re passionate about fashion trends, enjoy working with people, and have a flair for styling, this could be a great opportunity to grow in the retail fashion industry. Experience with social media marketing and driving is a bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support photo shoots, lookbooks, influencer collaborations, and campaign planning
• Organize and maintain fashion inventory, restock and tag items
• Provide excellent customer service both in-store and online
• Assist in preparing visuals, trend reports, and marketing content
• Keep the store space clean, organized, and in line with brand aesthetics
• Coordinate with suppliers, delivery partners, and tailors for timely order fulfillment
• Contribute to social media content creation and behind-the-scenes updates
• Support the team with scheduling, stock tracking, and admin tasks
• Lead or support the styling and sales team in delivering a smooth customer experience
• Help execute marketing strategies including email campaigns and social media outreach
• Manage daily boutique operations with professionalism and creativity

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
• 1–3 years’ experience for Assistant role; 3–5+ years for Manager role
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and visual coordination
• Confident communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe Suite is an advantage
• Experience using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Snapchat, WhatsApp Business
• A valid driver’s license is a strong plus
