Job Overview

We are hiring a Fashion Brand Manager to oversee and grow our fashion brand operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends, strong leadership abilities, and proven experience in brand or retail management. This position combines creativity with business strategy, ensuring the brand remains competitive and delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily brand operations across retail, production, and marketing units.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Lead, train, and inspire the team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, suppliers, and vendor relationships efficiently.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities.
• Coordinate efforts between creative, marketing, and sales departments.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to management for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fashion, retail, or brand management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of fashion trends and customer behavior.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and deliver measurable results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media or digital marketing tools is an added advantage.

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦230,000 monthly
