Role Overview

The Fashion Production and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production and operational process of the business. This includes managing production planning, supervising staff, handling procurement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about fashion and committed to maintaining quality standards while meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise weekly garment production to ensure timely delivery
• Manage and coordinate tailors, procurement staff, and production personnel
• Implement efficient processes for sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control
• Maintain proper inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Enforce quality standards and minimize production errors and wastage
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on production and operations
• Work closely with the creative and design team to align production with brand goals
• Support planning and logistics for both local and international sales events
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Fashion Production, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in production or operations management (experience in the fashion industry is an advantage)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, fabrics, and quality control standards
• Passion for fashion with a strong sense of creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to draft patterns
• Must reside on the Island or within nearby areas
