Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Female Receptionist / Social Media Manager to join our client’s team in Sangotedo, Lagos. This role combines excellent customer service with social media management skills to ensure a welcoming client experience and active brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly front-desk experience.
• Handle appointment bookings, class schedules, and client inquiries (in-person, via phone, and online).
• Maintain accurate client records and manage payment processing.
• Support daily administrative operations for smooth business performance.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create and post engaging visual and written content showcasing services, trainers, and client experiences.
• Respond to messages, comments, and client feedback online promptly and professionally.
• Monitor social media analytics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and visibility.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost brand awareness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, front-desk management, or social media management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and basic content creation apps such as Canva.
• Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

Salary

Monthly pay range: N120,000 – N140,000
