Job Overview

Ascentech Services Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to join its sales team. The role requires 1–3 years of direct sales experience and a strong ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, presenting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory through cold calls, referrals, and planned visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key contacts
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and solutions to customer needs
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets
• Manage sales forecasts and pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Provide follow-up support to secure renewals and upselling opportunities
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and client feedback in the CRM system
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and market trends
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales or other customer-facing roles
• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and apply consultative selling techniques
• Proven skills in territory management, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines

Salary

N50,000 – N80,000 per month
