Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Cashier to manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills, excellent accuracy, and experience handling cash in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash collections, reconciliations, and deposits according to financial procedures.
• Keep accurate records of all cash and electronic transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
• Support inventory and sales reconciliation in collaboration with the finance and store management teams.
• Ensure proper documentation, storage, and timely filing of all financial records.
• Provide customer payment assistance while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Comply with company financial policies and maintain confidentiality in all financial operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Cashier or Finance Cashier in a retail or supermarket environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with POS or accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards and ability to manage financial tasks under pressure.

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month.
