Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food and Beverages Supervisor to join our team at our Independence Layout branch in Enugu. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverages department, ensuring excellent customer service, quality standards, and efficient team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant and bar operations
• Ensure top-quality service and guest satisfaction
• Organize staff schedules, training, and performance reviews
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality, and safety
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Support in achieving department sales targets and operational goals

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of food safety and quality control procedures
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
