Position: Freelance Recruiter
Location: Lagos (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to fill job openings for our clients in the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with our internal team to understand client needs and deliver the best candidates for each position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Previous experience in BPO and international hiring is highly desirable
