Role Overview
We’re looking for a professional and approachable Front Desk Officer to join our team in Ajah, Lagos. You’ll play a key role in handling front desk operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, managing client interactions, and supporting administrative duties. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and values organization and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a warm and courteous manner
- Manage all incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
- Keep the reception area tidy, professional, and inviting
- Address client inquiries about services, pricing, and availability
- Process transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment records
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless customer service
- Escalate client issues when necessary and follow up on resolutions
- Keep all client records confidential and up to date
- Monitor and restock front desk supplies as needed
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld in the reception area
- Handle tasks such as filing, data entry, and general administrative support
- Share promotional materials and inform clients about special offers
- Manage visitor logs and track appointment schedules efficiently
- Provide additional support to other departments when needed
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a similar field is an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or receptionist role, ideally in spa, hospitality, or wellness industries
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and professionalism in handling clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment management software
- Understanding of spa or wellness environments is a plus
- Capable of handling payments and maintaining financial accuracy
- Must live within the Lekki–Ajah area
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
