Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with instructors and project teams to support learners in mastering front-end development. You will also contribute to internal projects, build responsive web interfaces, and ensure that learners gain practical experience that prepares them for real-world opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and guide learners through web development projects and assignments
• Review and provide feedback on student submissions to help them improve
• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient front-end code
• Collaborate with instructors and team members to deliver quality learning experiences
• Help learners complete final projects and build professional portfolios
• Participate in ongoing mentoring sessions and team syncs
• Support company web projects and digital initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Tailwind CSS, and Redux
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Angular or Vue is an advantage
• Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and web optimization
• Experience using Git and GitHub for version control
• Basic knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js or Express.js is a plus
• Excellent communication, teaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Salary

₦50,000 – ₦100,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
