Maon Technology Limited is hiring a skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position based in Ajah, Lagos. We’re looking for a senior-level professional with in-depth knowledge of mobile development and a passion for building user-focused, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of scalable, high-quality mobile applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers for seamless project execution.
  • Build modern mobile applications using advanced frontend frameworks.
  • Optimize app performance through smart caching, memory management, and tuning.
  • Implement complex features such as offline capabilities, push notifications, and real-time data updates.
  • Ensure excellent cross-platform functionality and responsiveness.
  • Use Test Driven Development (TDD) to write unit, widget, and integration tests.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and handle releases for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Explore and apply new tools and technologies to enhance the mobile stack.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in Flutter and Dart, with solid experience developing for both Android and iOS.
  • Strong grasp of platform-specific SDKs and native code integration.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices to deliver attractive and easy-to-use interfaces.
  • Experience optimizing app performance and fixing bottlenecks.
  • Proficiency in state management tools like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
  • Skilled in asynchronous programming and RESTful API integration.
  • Hands-on experience with real-time databases, SQLite, Firebase, push notifications, and user authentication.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced development environment.
