Role Overview

The General Manager will oversee the operations of three business entities within the organization. The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional who can manage day-to-day operations, drive growth, and ensure profitability. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, business development, and financial management skills to support the company’s long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all business units to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise departmental heads and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and compliance with operational standards.
• Lead recruitment, employee training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to the CEO.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a General Manager.
• Strong understanding of financial management, leadership, and business strategy.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work strategically and drive measurable results.

Salary

₦500,000 – ₦700,000 net per month.
