We are hiring a General Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure all departments align with our long-term goals. This leadership role requires a dynamic professional with strong experience in operations, finance, human resources, marketing, sales, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute strategic plans in line with the company’s vision
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results across departments
• Set clear business objectives and monitor key performance indicators

Business Operations

• Oversee day-to-day activities and streamline operational workflows
• Monitor efficiency and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Financial Management

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Identify opportunities for growth, cost savings, and profitability
• Manage financial performance and investment planning

People Management

• Guide and support department heads and team members
• Promote a high-performance, positive work culture
• Oversee talent recruitment, development, and succession planning

Sales and Business Development
