Job Summary
As a Graduate Trainee, you will support data-driven projects, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and gain hands-on experience working with modern business tools. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in data analytics, database support, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis
- Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business insights
- Contribute to process automation, ERP/CRM implementation, and adoption of digital technologies
- Collaborate with different teams to identify efficiency opportunities using digital tools
- Research trends in analytics, innovation, and digital transformation
- Document processes, insights, and project outcomes for knowledge sharing
- Perform other tasks as part of the training program
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R is an added advantage
- Familiarity with digital tools, cloud platforms, or process automation is desirable
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
