Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our communications and branding team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong sense of design, capable of turning ideas into eye-catching visuals that elevate our brand identity across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality creative materials for campaigns, social media, websites, billboards, and corporate branding.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content and communication materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling visual concepts.
• Design engaging layouts for product packaging, newsletters, reports, and presentations.
• Stay updated with design trends and integrate them into creative projects.
• Prepare and optimize designs for both print and digital use.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a corporate or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
