Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the creative and digital marketing teams to produce visually compelling assets that elevate the brand’s digital presence. You will design both static and motion graphics for streaming platforms, campaigns, and social media, ensuring consistency with brand identity and audience appeal.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets such as social media visuals, web banners, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing materials

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to turn creative briefs into high-impact designs

• Produce motion graphics and promotional visuals for film titles and streaming content

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all design outputs

• Edit images and video content for campaigns and partnerships

• Create pitch decks, posters, infographics, and internal/external communication materials

• Optimize designs for web and mobile use

• Stay updated on visual trends and digital art styles relevant to African and global audiences

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field

• 2–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in entertainment, media, or digital marketing

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise

• Knowledge of branding, typography, and motion design

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Understanding of social media formats, UI/UX basics, and digital content delivery

• Awareness of African and global pop culture trends

Salary

₦350,000 per month
