Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop engaging visual designs that bring ideas to life for events, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with technical precision while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for event branding, marketing campaigns, and digital assets.
• Design event materials such as backdrops, stage setups, banners, invitations, signage, motion graphics, and advertisements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with printers and production vendors to ensure top-quality results.
• Support the marketing team by designing social media graphics, flyers, and presentation materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and client presentations.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and production techniques to maintain creative excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in an event, creative agency, or media environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and related tools.
• Strong design skills in both print and digital formats.
• Solid understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with motion graphics or 3D design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is an added advantage.

Salary

₦250,000 per month
