Position: Graphics Designer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Graphics Designer to create eye-catching, brand-consistent designs that connect with our audience. You’ll work across digital and print platforms to bring our vision to life and support key marketing, product, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent and engaging brand identity
• Create digital designs for web, mobile, and social media — including banners, icons, and illustrations
• Design print materials such as flyers, brochures, and business cards that communicate financial ideas simply
• Transform complex data into clear, user-friendly infographics and visual stories
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design ideas are practical and impactful
• Use insights from user research to guide your design process
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and new technologies

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphics Designer in a tech, fintech, or digital environment
• Skilled in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva Pro, or Blender
• Strong portfolio showing your range across branding, UI, infographics, and print design
• Solid knowledge of design principles, color, typography, and layout
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond positively to feedback
• Strong communication skills to share your ideas clearly with the team
• Bonus if you have motion graphics or animation experience
