Future Moves Recruitment Agency Limited (FMR Agency) is hiring on behalf of our client, Mega Abattoir & Suya Spot, a growing food and beverage business in Lagos. The company is known for providing freshly prepared grilled meat and shawarma to customers in a clean and welcoming environment.

Job Details

Position: Griller / Shawarma Maker
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (applicants must live nearby)
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one day off each week

Role Overview

The Griller / Shawarma Maker will be responsible for preparing, grilling, and serving delicious grilled meat and shawarma dishes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in food preparation, strong attention to hygiene, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill meat, shawarma, and other menu items according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen and work area
• Ensure food is cooked to the right temperature and quality
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Provide excellent service to customers and handle orders efficiently
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a griller or shawarma maker is required
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must live within or close to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Salary

₦80,000 – ₦100,000 per month
