Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketer to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growing environments, enjoys experimenting with marketing channels, and can blend creativity with analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and conversion.

• Track and optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and lifetime value.

• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities.

• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, content, social media, influencer marketing, and paid ads.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and company goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.

• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

• Confidence working with data and analytics.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in marketing within a startup environment.

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.

Salary

₦300,000 – ₦700,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
