Job Position: Head of Sales

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base by 10 percent before the end of 2025
• Maintain a minimum monthly customer satisfaction rating of 80 percent
• Publish the Sales Operations Manual by December 2025
• Design and implement an Internal Training Manual for the sales unit by the end of 2025
• Expand AGO peddling business to industrial clients through small tanker trucks
• Achieve 10 percent monthly growth rate across all customer segments
• Drive sales expansion in new products including LPG and CNG
• Achieve a minimum of 5 percent bunker sales contribution to total monthly sales
• Ensure LPG sales contribute at least 10 percent to total monthly sales
• Generate a daily average of 50 orders each month
• Secure at least 10 percent sales premium on advised selling price for all products monthly
• Maintain an average operating margin of not less than 15 percent each month
• Keep demurrage below 10 percent of operating cost monthly
• Ensure customer throughput cycle does not exceed 7 days per transaction each month
• Complete full CRM implementation by June 2025

Qualifications

• HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience

Salary

N700,000 – N1,100,000 per month
