Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Solar Engineers to manage and guide our team of technicians in delivering top-quality solar system installations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills, ensuring all projects meet high standards of performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of solar and electrical technicians
• Plan and manage solar installation projects from start to completion
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure proper system performance
• Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety standards and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the installation process
• Prepare progress reports and highlight any technical or operational challenges

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in solar system installation and team management
• Strong technical knowledge of solar equipment, inverters, and electrical systems
• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
• Good communication and project management skills

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month
