Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Head Video Editor and Videographer to join our media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing professional-quality video content that aligns with our spiritual message and ministry goals. This role requires both technical expertise and artistic vision to bring stories of faith to life through video.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content from raw footage

• Ensure smooth transitions, proper sequencing, and professional editing throughout projects

• Integrate ministers’ voices and background audio seamlessly into video content

• Apply visual effects, color grading, and sound design to enhance video quality

• Collaborate closely with the media and production teams to ensure consistency with ministry objectives

• Manage media libraries and maintain an organized post-production workflow

• Use AI-powered editing tools to improve efficiency and creativity where applicable

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a professional video editor or videographer

• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, error-free videos

• Excellent understanding of video storytelling, sound mixing, and visual composition

• Creativity and passion for delivering engaging visual content

• Familiarity with AI-driven video editing tools is an added advantage
