Position Overview
Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor
Location: Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and implement Health Safety and Environment policies, standards, and procedures at project sites
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment
- Lead investigations into incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports with corrective actions
- Deliver HSE induction, training, and awareness programs for employees and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international best practices
- Drive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives across all departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field
- Recognized HSE certifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of health safety and environment regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Salary
N200,000 to N300,000 per month
