Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hospital Accountant to oversee financial operations, prepare accurate reports, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. This role is essential in maintaining the hospital’s financial stability and supporting its ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and hospital policies
• Work with various hospital departments to improve financial performance
• Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Professional Accounting Certification
• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare accounting
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
