Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping operations. This role involves supervising a team, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction across all rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping staff and actively support with cleaning duties
• Assign cleaning tasks and inspect completed work for quality assurance
• Train and mentor new staff members to uphold housekeeping standards
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and request restocks when necessary
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and hotel facilities
• Resolve guest concerns related to cleanliness or housekeeping service
• Work with the front desk and maintenance teams to address facility needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory housekeeping role is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of modern cleaning methods, equipment, and supplies
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• This position is open to male candidates only

Salary
₦150,000 per month
