Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Akure, Ondo

Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and arranging interviews
• Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Prepare HR documents including employment contracts and official letters
• Track employee attendance and manage leave records
• Provide accurate data to support payroll preparation
• Help coordinate staff welfare programs and training sessions
• Carry out additional administrative duties as directed by the HR Manager

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage

Salary

N100,000 – N150,000 per month
