Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role provides practical experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement while supporting the day-to-day activities of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in coordinating training and development programs
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently studying)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and attention to detail
