We are now recruiting for a key position in our Human Resources department.

Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Cross River

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Work closely with the Business Manager to assess staffing needs, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the complete onboarding process for new hires.

Policy Enforcement:
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all locations. Implement HR policies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Performance Management:
Manage performance appraisals, providing guidance to managers on performance-related matters and offering solutions to improve employee performance.

HR Analytics and Reporting:
Use HR data to create reports and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making. Regularly prepare reports for management review.

Training Program Coordination:
Organize and facilitate in-house training sessions to enhance employee skills and overall performance.

Attendance Management:
Monitor and manage staff attendance records and leave requests, ensuring accuracy across all locations.

Employee Welfare and Queries:
Serve as the main contact for employee queries and concerns, helping to resolve issues by collaborating with the relevant departments.

General HR Matters:
Handle various HR-related activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
