Our client, a major importer of beverages—including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic wines and spirits—is expanding its team. With offices in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Benin, and Onitsha, they also have a strong network of dealers and sales teams nationwide.

As part of their ongoing restructuring, they are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit procedures.
• Conducting job evaluations and developing clear job descriptions for all roles.
• Managing payroll, HR budgets, and salary reviews based on industry pay surveys.
• Working with department heads to set up performance measurement metrics and conduct regular employee appraisals.
• Establishing and enforcing performance appraisal policies to ensure employee growth and accountability.
• Identifying training needs and creating impactful employee development programs.
• Administering employee benefits programs and processing claims efficiently.
• Overseeing succession planning, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advising management and employees on HR policies and recommending necessary updates.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and best HR practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• HND/B.Sc/BA in a relevant field.
• HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a structured organization.

• Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 per month.
