Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations in our hospital. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and ensuring a supportive work environment that promotes staff engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee welfare

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with hospital standards and labor laws

• Foster a positive workplace culture that supports teamwork, professionalism, and continuous development

• Provide guidance to management on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development

• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in HR management, preferably within the healthcare sector

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Salary

₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month
