Location: Apapa, Lagos

Reports To: Head of Clearing and Forwarding

Team Structure: 3 Direct Reports and 4 Indirect Reports

Job Description

Kerildbert Holdings Limited is guided by excellence, professionalism, innovation, and customer focus. The Import Export Specialist will be responsible for managing smooth cross-border operations, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end shipment processes, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries
• Prepare and manage customs and regulatory documentation such as Form M, Letters of Credit, PAAR, SONCAP, and NAFDAC
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear updates and solutions
• Build strong working relationships with Customs, SON, NAFDAC, and other regulators
• Develop and improve reporting tools including dashboards and trackers
• Ensure strict adherence to trade compliance standards

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain (experience in 3PL or shipping is an advantage)
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• In-depth knowledge of Nigeria Customs processes and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage)
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and represent the company externally

Salary

N300,000 – N350,000 monthly (Gross)
