Position Overview

Job Title: IT & Digital Marketing Specialist (Multi-skilled Role)

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Website Design and Management

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and SEO-optimized websites
• Ensure smooth functionality, speed, and user-friendly navigation

IT Security

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard company systems and data
• Perform system checks, backups, and updates to maintain IT integrity

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, and email platforms
• Manage paid ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram while monitoring ROI
• Track performance through analytics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns

Marketing Materials Design

• Develop professional and visually appealing marketing content such as flyers, brochures, presentations, and social media graphics
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all materials and platforms

Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma / Associate Degree (ND / HND or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related discipline
• Hands-on experience in website design, IT support/security, digital marketing, and graphic design
• Proficiency in:
  • Web: HTML, CSS, WordPress, JavaScript
  • Security: Firewalls, encryption, data protection tools
  • Marketing: SEO tools, Google Ads, social media platforms
  • Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva
• Strong creativity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
