Key Responsibilities
IT Responsibilities
- System Management: Manage and troubleshoot company IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Technical Support: Provide timely support to staff and stakeholders on IT-related issues.
- Data Management: Ensure proper data handling, security, and compliance with relevant policies.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy: Plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality digital content including blog posts and videos.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize website and content to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT support and digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in IT systems, software, and digital marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret digital metrics and performance data.
