About the Program
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip talented young professionals with the skills, training, and experience needed to build successful careers within the Stanbic IBTC Group.
This full-time, intensive program will expose selected candidates to various departments, roles, and responsibilities, offering a well-rounded understanding of our operations.
Location
Lagos, Nigeria (with possible deployments across other locations)

Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree from an accredited university
- At least 5 credits in WAEC/NECO/GCE (including Mathematics and English)
- Maximum age of 26 years at the time of application
- NYSC must be completed with a valid discharge certificate
- Clearly stated date of birth, gender, and degree classification in CV
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Computer literacy is essential
