Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in promoting our products, driving brand growth, and increasing customer engagement. This role requires someone with a strong background in marketing strategy, content development, and event promotion. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, capable of managing a team and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy and Positioning
  Develop and implement marketing strategies that maintain consistent brand identity and visibility across all marketing channels.
• Digital Marketing Management
  Supervise and improve the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
• Team Leadership
  Lead, train, and support the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and exceptional performance.
• Event and Conference Marketing
  Create and manage marketing materials for conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase the brand effectively.
• Content Creation
  Develop engaging and original marketing content that aligns with the company’s goals and brand image.
• Market Research and Analysis
  Track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyze customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
• Public Relations
  Plan and execute PR activities that strengthen the company’s reputation within the kitchen appliance sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role within the kitchen utensils or consumer durables sector
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and content management systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in developing marketing materials for campaigns and events
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

Salary

₦300,000 – ₦500,000 monthly, depending on experience and qualifications
