Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Officer to drive business growth for PEPHLA Medical Laboratory Diagnostic Centre. The role focuses on attracting new clients, building strong relationships, and increasing referrals in both private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source new business opportunities and clients.
• Support the implementation of marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in developing healthcare plans and services to meet market needs.
• Achieve targeted market penetration and sales objectives.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to support growth and profitability.
• Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and collaborative marketing efforts.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• BA/BSc/HND, MBA/MSc/MA, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) is desirable.
• Understanding of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) is an advantage.
• Strong sales, business development, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve results in a hybrid environment.

Salary

₦80,000 – ₦100,000 per month plus performance-based commission.
