Job Purpose

The Marketing Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities. The role involves managing workflows, coordinating campaigns, working with vendors, and monitoring budgets to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms
• Maintain and update the integrated marketing calendar
• Handle vendor contracts, purchase orders, and procurement processes
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
• Track and review campaign performance, preparing regular reports and dashboards
• Monitor and control the marketing budget in line with company policies
• Improve the use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms
• Ensure all marketing activities follow brand guidelines and industry regulations

Key Performance Indicators

• Timely and accurate campaign execution
• Effective budget management with minimal variances
• Consistent delivery of performance reports and dashboards
• Streamlined processes and reduced delays
• Positive feedback from internal teams and external partners

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign coordination
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage processes effectively
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage

Salary

N550,000 – N600,000 Monthly
