Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and committed Medical Doctor to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, ensuring quality medical care, and supporting the hospital’s clinical and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and monitor patients across various medical conditions.
• Conduct ward rounds and ensure accurate documentation of patient progress.
• Work closely with nurses, pharmacists, and specialists for effective patient care.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in night and weekend duties when scheduled.
• Maintain high standards of medical ethics and professionalism.
• Take part in clinical audits, training, and continuous medical education sessions.
• Recommend improvements to enhance healthcare service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• Minimum of 2–5 years of post-NYSC clinical experience in a reputable hospital.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: N450,000 – N550,000 monthly (based on experience).
