Role Summary
We are looking for a focused and skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform diagnostic tests and deliver accurate results to support clinical care. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient confidentiality and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests on patient samples
- Interpret and report test results clearly and accurately to physicians
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment
- Ensure proper hygiene, storage, and disposal of samples in line with safety standards
- Keep detailed records and uphold quality control practices
- Participate in both internal and external quality assurance programs
Requirements
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS)
- Fully licensed with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
- Must reside in Benin City
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- High standard of integrity and professional ethics
- Familiarity with computer systems and hospital management software
Salary
₦150,000 per month
