Job Title: Medical Officer
Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Two (2) days on, Four (4) days off

Role Overview

The Medical Officer will be responsible for evaluating patients, diagnosing illnesses, and providing appropriate medical treatments. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with medical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medical evaluations and provide appropriate treatment for various conditions.
• Ensure patient care meets clinical guidelines and quality standards.
• Document all consultations, treatments, and medications in line with hospital policies.
• Manage both inpatient and outpatient reviews, including initial assessments.
• Supervise Medical Assistants and ensure compliance with medical regulations.
• Assess the effectiveness of care methods and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• M.B.B.S or equivalent degree.
• Valid practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience in medical practice.
• Proficiency in computer use and healthcare management systems.
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter required.

Salary

₦350,000 per month.
