Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Medical Team Lead to oversee the delivery of healthcare services during our outreach programs. This role involves managing medical teams, ensuring treatment is aligned with national malaria protocols, and engaging with local communities to ensure smooth implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate medical activities during outreach missions
- Ensure medical services are in line with national malaria treatment guidelines
- Collaborate with community stakeholders and team members for effective outreach delivery
Requirements
- Relevant medical qualification and experience in community health
- Strong dedication to humanitarian work and improving public health
- Comfortable working in underserved and high-need areas
- Excellent teamwork, professionalism, and sensitivity to cultural differences
