Job Overview
We are hiring a skilled MES Systems Engineer / Administrator to manage and optimize our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration with other industrial systems and support refinery operations through continuous system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of the MES system, ensuring stability, performance, and data security
• Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, DCS, and other critical systems for smooth data flow
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all MES functions
• Diagnose and resolve MES-related technical issues
• Continuously improve MES processes to enhance efficiency in refinery operations
• Train and support end-users for effective system use
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP ME, Siemens MES) are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably in refinery or industrial settings

Required Skills

• Practical experience with MES platforms like SAP ME or Siemens MES
• Solid understanding of refinery operations and industrial workflows
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage systems)
• Experience with database systems such as Oracle or SQL Server
• Proven ability to integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and DCS systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
