Role Overview
As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide range of beverages, ensuring top-notch presentation and taste. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages professionally
- Create new and innovative drink recipes to enhance the menu
- Ensure proper storage and handling of bar ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow company standards for quality, hygiene, and safety
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Mixologist or Bartender
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and drink presentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Salary
N70,000 per month
