Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain secure and high-performance mobile applications for our IB & CIB platforms. You will play a key role in creating seamless, user-focused digital experiences that meet banking and fintech standards for security, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Implement security features such as authentication, biometrics, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and data encryption.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs for real-time account management, payments, and approval workflows.
• Optimize app performance, enable offline features, and manage push notifications.
• Ensure compliance with key banking regulations such as PCI-DSS and GDPR.
• Develop reusable Flutter components to maintain clean and modular code architecture.
• Conduct unit and integration testing using tools like Flutter Test, Mockito, and integration_test.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot app performance using Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, or similar tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years in Flutter/Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter UI/UX principles and widget system.
• Proficiency with state management tools such as Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, MobX, or GetX.
• Solid knowledge of secure coding practices and the OWASP Mobile Security Top 10.
• Experience with API integration and secure mobile data storage.
• Proven record of publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing banking or fintech mobile applications.
• Familiarity with SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and certificate pinning.
• Knowledge of biometric authentication tools such as Face ID, Touch ID, and Android Biometrics.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and mobile DevOps pipelines.
• Understanding of data visualization tools for financial dashboards.
