Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operational Supervisor to oversee and enhance day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of supervising teams, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment. Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the operational tasks involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise daily activities, assign tasks, monitor performance, and guide operational staff.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps in workflow and implement solutions to improve speed and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Ensure all tasks and outputs meet company standards and operational policies.
• Inventory and Logistics: Monitor stock levels, manage logistics, and coordinate movement of goods or resources.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for senior management.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety rules and internal operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess a BSc or HND from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in an operational or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work full-time from Monday to Saturday.

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month.
