Our client, a growing home and interior decor brand, crafts premium handmade candles, diffusers, and aromatic products. With their expansion underway, they’re looking for a detail-oriented and systems-driven professional to manage their daily operations and inventory effectively.
Position: Operations & Inventory Manager
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational workflows and stock control
- Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory
- Set up efficient tracking and restocking systems
- Handle procurement and maintain supplier relations
- Perform inventory audits and resolve stock discrepancies
- Supervise operations team and promote a productive work culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in operations or inventory management (preferably in manufacturing or retail)
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management tools
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Salary
₦150,000 per month
