Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day construction site activities and office coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, efficient resource management, and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects run smoothly.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to align goals.
• Supervise site logistics, including materials delivery and vendor management.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress reports for management updates.
• Develop and implement operational policies to improve workflow and productivity.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify challenges, analyze inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc or HND in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in operations or project management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Sound knowledge of project planning tools and operational reporting.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary and Benefits
