Reports To: Operations Manager / Managing Director

Role Overview

The Operations Officer will manage the company’s daily operations and ensure that business activities run efficiently. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple functions to support business objectives. The successful candidate will help maintain operational standards, oversee logistics and production processes, and support management in implementing strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Manage logistics, procurement, and production operations
• Keep accurate records and prepare regular performance reports
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively
• Assist management in planning and executing business strategies

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or business management, preferably within the FMCG sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other operational management software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month (depending on experience).
